This is the latest book from Dr Robert Holden and another must have. Sometimes we feel we live in a world that seems so lost from love. This great new book has arrived at a time when we need it most. In simple, easy to understand language Dr Robert takes us on a journey to love itself through his studies, teachings and experiences. This is the man who is famous for his Happiness Project that has been running for 18 years and has been proven by scientist to be the fast track to happiness.
I have had the great privilege to have done one of his 5 day workshops. He is love and kindness itself.
This book should be on every shelf and a fantastic gift. No jargon. No sales pitch. No push. All love.
Highly recommend Be Happy and Shift Happens also.

Hi, He is New age...but talks about love/God being the same and the whole point of life is to learn to forgive/love and let go of fear. He did much searching in his life and this is the conclusion he draws and more. He has some very wise things to say. Learning to love yourself...helps you love others..but fill up with God's love which he says is unconditional. We are all connected by love...is oneness to all of us. He explains why me may not be loveable. Fast to read..but important thoughts that may help people get out of a rut and start to live life again. To me New age is almost coming back to Christian...need to have grace/mercy/forgive/love...release hurt...love enemy. If you look to get love outside yourself...then it is usually conditional and hurts. God is inside/unconditional...don't lose yourself/love yourself...basic essence is love. I put question marks by New age ideas I don't agree with in the book as I high light it..but I have heard those ideas many times by others. We were never separated from God...just illusion? I learned new things from the book. The book takes me farther than other books in helping a person love themselves and others. Well written/sincere/wise/great help.

This is a lovely book. It is difficult to truly relax and love other people without loving yourself first. How can you teach your children to love and respect themselves if you do not love and respect yourself. Some of us have learned to try to win the approval of others but do not really approve of ourselves. This book is in balance because it helps you to see that you can love and accept yourself with mature love. In turn this improves all of your relationships. I really appreciate this book it came at a time when I really needed to hear it's message. I purchased some extra copies to share.

I heard the author speak on Hay House Radio and I immediately purchased the Kindle version of the book. Before I even completed it, I purchased a hard copy for my best friend. I will also purchase a hard copy for myself. I have been becoming aware that the way I feel about myself is negatively affecting the relationships I have with others. My insecurities are prohibiting me from loving others and allowing love to come to me. Lovability offers fantastic insight into the how and why of this exact issue. This book came into my life at just the right time. I'm so thankful! I recommend this book to anyone, but especially those who recognize their relationships aren't what they want them to be. The answer lies within you and this book will help in its discovery.

I love authors who make up their own words. If selfie can make it into the dictionary I think Loveability should be next. I think the Loveability course should be taught freshman year in all high schools (or maybe even middle school.) The very nature of human beings is to love and be loved yet we waste so much of our schooling on useless junk.

My only beef with this CD set is that he basically says, "just do it" at some points, and I can't quite figure out how to "just be happy", even though in theory I understand and agree with his belief that "happiness is a choice". Some days I make it work, others not so much. His discussion about one's basic lovability, simply by matter of birth, was an eye-opener.
I've listened to it 3 times while running around in the car, and am going to keep it handy for refreshing inspiration. I liked it that much!

I pre-ordered the Kindle version of this book, after having had the privilege of being with Robert Holden in a few workshops and conferences. In my humble opinion, his gift is the ability to reveal to us the miracles and wonderment of the most raw and simple aspects of our existence. I've not read his previous books, but this one chronicles his own evolution with sincerity and shares with the reader a great deal of what he has learned from others along the way. I'm still reading it on the run as I travel, savoring it and allowing myself to go to that special place of mine where I claim to understand what matters and at least one way that I fit meaningfully into all that is. This book is great for awakening awareness and showing how the humility of the ego can lead to astonishing discoveries. I recommend it highly to all who want a glimpse of what they are missing...

I keep this series in my car and listen during my 1.5 hour commute home. Great advice, not overly spiritual or churchyard. Just great details & perspectives on how to be a better human being with love as your lead.

How can you not love a book that has "love" in every line? I truly have been inspired by this book, loved every minute of it, and am using it in my own work professionally and personally as a "guide" in being more loving, more connected, and more authentic. I am enjoying being in the question "what if love is simply the answer?" Buy this book if you are in a relationship, especially if you are struggling.
