I bought this book to learn how to use the Revit software for design and drafting. While there is some good information contained and yes, it does show the basics of Revit, I wish I hadn't wasted my money. The author likes to tell you all the different steps you should go through in order to design as if the method he learned is the "right" way. Some 88 pages, front and back, are devoted telling you how you should design and draw. I don't need his thoughts or techniques nor are they welcome. I bought the book to learn about a specific software and its usage and the content disappoints. It is written for a person who has no, or limited, design or drawing experience. This is basically written for a high schooler. I will not buy anything again written by this author. If interested please contact me and I'll give you a good price on buying this from me as it is a waste of time for me.
