No hot spots, ultra fast heating on my induction stovetop, and looks beautiful.
Two notes though;
1. This pan is heavy. If you don’t feel safe lifting heavy pans, be warned. You are not going to lift and pour something from this pan with one hand.
2. If you’ve never cooked with stainless and are used to Teflon non-stick surfaces, PLEASE do your homework. If you don’t wait until the pan is hot to add oil or butter, it will stick. If you refuse to cook with oil or butter, don’t cook with stainless.
