3.0 out of 5 starsGood design, cheap quality

I buy and use a lot of non-stick, having cooked a whole lot of B/L/D over the last 57 yrs. And this pan is.....just okay.
Pros:
- Perfect size. It's amazingly hard to find a true 8" interior non-stick low-sided pan.
- Lightweight. A little TOO lightweight, in fact. See below.
- Cleans easily but mine is new, so durability is unknown. I always use silicon spatulas on my non-stick. Anyone who believes corporate PR that metal utensils can be used, is asking for trouble. Just don't do it, honestly.
Cons:
- Lightweight; a little TOO much so, in fact. It was difficult to avoid brown spots using my usual recipes/timing. This pan clearly has a fairly thin bottom compared to quality pans like Circulon, Calphalon, or even T-Fal.
- Price. I seriously question whether this pan is even worth a pricetag of over $20. It feels like build quality is very minimal. As mentioned above, even T-Fal's basic line seems superior to this brand.
I'll use this pan for the time being, but I expect within a year or so I'll be looking for a replacement.
