Three years after moving over to the US I finally made the decision to buy a Spätzle press. After all, packaged Spätzle cannot compete with home made Spätzle. I decided to go with a more pricey product because it was the most similar to what I had when I lived in Germany and I was not disappointed. The build seems sturdy and solid so I expect to be able to use this press until I won't be able to physically eat Spätzle anymore. If you are not familiar with the process of making Spätzle, the instructions comes with a basic recipe for Spätzle in multiple languages including English and German. If you understand German, you will find some more recipes, e.g. for "Kässpätzle".
I definitely recommend this Spätzle press.
