I received by product well boxed with no external damage, however one of the glasses has a significant defect on the rim. It was not cracked, but did have a divot and sharpish point left over from the manufacturing process that really distracted from the experience of the drink. :( The walls of the glass are also much thinner than I had hoped. These glasses are not as thick as ones you'll commonly find at a bar, which is what I was looking for. I wrote LENOX to see about getting a replacement glass. They said because I did not buy from an authorized LENOX dealer, I would have to go thru Amazon. Don't think that's very fair because Amazon had nothing to do with this issue. Still, I won't be buying glasses online anymore. Got a nice set of Luigi Bormioli glasses at Total wine for a good price. Much thicker and will last longer than these.
