I should note that I am not much of a cook, and rarely bake. But my daughter begged me to make cookies this Christmas season so I ordered two of these pans (along with a lot of other baking supplies - like I said, I don't really do this). I was very happy to find that even a non-baker like me can make some very good cookies with these. Our sugar cookies were a golden brown on the bottom and light and fluffy, but cooked through, on the first try! No greasing necessary, and cleanup was a snap (the pans are dishwasher safe, which is great, but they barely needed any washing anyway since the cookies came off so clean). Would recommend, especially for non-bakers like me!
