UPDATE 2020: Calphalon reached out to me to find out what happened. I sent them photos and explained it was ridiculous to send it back, costing the company and me more money. They agreed and shipped out a brand new bake pan from the new collection and it is so much better!! Maybe this company does stand by their products after all...
Don't be fooled. This is no quality set. I cook/bake a lot so I know about pans and how to take care of them. These would probably only work if you used parchment paper every time you baked. This set sticks like no tomorrow compared to others I've used. It only lasted me 5 months. To top it off, we only use silicone utensils, so where did the damn scratches come from!? They came from the food lol. Skip these and buy from a better company. Their warranty period may be 10 years, but they expect you to pay to ship it back to them. For what? Why not a photo of the defects? Poor customer service...
