OK be careful this was so much fun lol, so we have used this for: Freshley dried Garlic, Freshley dried basil, brown sugar, and Corriander, omg so the Garlic there WAS 15lbs of FRESH Garlic Minced in a food processor - also bought on here in same purchase for said garlic lol, than dried then placed into this magical little being and the lid was pressed down and wala we watched it turn to dust noooow we held it for just a few moments and we took the lid off DONT DO THAT LEAVE THE LID ON for like 30 seconds let the dust settle dunt breath in Garlic Fever i dont care how Italian my Fiance is inhaling garlic is not ok lol now if your curios 15lbs of garlic=32oz of dried garlic powder 3jars minced garlic and 10 meals with 3-5 pieces of garlic each ..... next was basil 5lbs of basil is not much when turned into a powder but it podered those leaves beautifully, the corriander never stood a chance, and well the brown sugar we were just trying to break it up because it was hardened due to the freezer... teehee we made powdered brown sugar it was so fluffy lol one of our favorite buys and it is so easy to clean / dishwasher safe <3
