I ordered Lavazza Crema e Gusto five times in the past and I've been drinking it for years. I know exactly how it tastes and never noticed a difference in it.
This time the taste is totally different. Too bitter, too acid, too much caffeine. Maybe some people like this new taste but I don't. Assuming Lavazza is responsible for this change, I feel misled and tricked in buying something that is no longer the same without a proper disclosure such as "New taste".
I'm trying to get a refund (as defective product) directly from the seller because this item is not returnable thru Amazon. Should have considered the non-return policy as a red flag on the product quality.
