After reading some of the reviews on this product, I hesitated for a few minutes before deciding to go ahead and purchase this product. Eighty percent of a significant amount of reviews were 5-stars and this 8 x 8 baking pan was right around 10 dollars.
One picture below is the interior of the pan and the others is the exterior. As you can see by the paper towel next to the exterior photograph, I did find rust around the metal creased edge on the back of the pan after the first wash when I removed it from the dishwasher, but none on the inside of the pan.
Folks, this is an inexpensive pan that my wife uses to make brownies in every one in a while. It is just the right size for that task and the brownies were delicious.
If you are looking for the top of the line, made in American pan then this is not for you; however, if you are looking for a pan that is perfect for brownies that you would not feel bad tossing it if it got scratched up and rusty on the inside at some future day, this pan is a bargan.
