I bought the 4 liter non stick Futura Q57 kadhai (wok). the thickness of this wok is pretty good and is a heavy wok. This is the kadhai that I have been looking for years in American stores and couldn’t find. This is an absolutely perfect wok to deep fry or to make curries for 4-6 people. I have Aloo Matar, Kheema Matar, Fish curries, Cauliflower curry, etc and it was a joy to cook with this wok. The round bottom is its specialty which helps in cooking with leas oil, because the oil just spreads out from the sides, as you add the ingredients and it fries ir sautés evenly! Just love it... this is perfect if you want to make curries!
