I've owned probably three of these over the years (prior models were red not blue) and I love the power and how compact it is. I've been using one of these as my primary hairdryer for the past decade as it works great and fits in the drawer in my bathroom (full size hair dryers are too big for the drawer). When my last red BaByliss Travel Dryer finally gave up the ghost, I ordered this one. Unfortunately, it came without the concentrator nozzle and I had already thrown my old dryer away so I couldn't just switch out the nozzle.
I first contacted Amazon to see if I could get the nozzle and was told I have to contact the manufacturer. I called Conair (the maker of BaByliss products) at their 800 customer service number. After being placed on hold for over 30 minutes, I finally got a real person. I gave her the product number and serial number on the hair dryer and was told that the product does not come with a concentrator nozzle. I told her that every other BaByliss travel dryer I've owned has had one, the concentrator nozzle is listed as a part in the instructions in the box, and there is a picture of it in the manual. She suggested sending it back to Amazon, but then I would not have a hair dryer while I waited for the product to be replaced. The Conair lady then said she would put in a request, took my information down and told me to call back on Wednesday or Thursday of next week. So we wait.
I will update this review if the issue gets resolved.
