I was really excited about this pan. I am highly disappointed. Maybe I got sent a defective pan? I read all the directions and cleaning directions. It says to use soap and water. Everything I cook sticks to the pan even when using oil. Cannot cook simple eggs in it. After the first use there are already stains. After using it a week, there are a lot of stains that won’t come out! It cooks great although everything sticks and the heat distribution is not correct. Food burns on one side. All these reasons is why I think I got a defective pan.
