I love this pot. It is exactly what I was looking for. It is very very well-made. I love the fact that the handle is quite long. When I grasp it close to the pot it’s self I can use the leverage of my arm on the handle to help lift it. It is superheavy, So if you were looking for a light pot this is not it. Please make sure to read the instruction booklet. I noticed some of the complaints from other people and I do not think they read it. It says about when to put salt into the boiling water or you can wind up with the pitting some people complained of. There was also another issue that I think people had problems with because they did not read the instruction booklet. It is not that long, so take the time and read it! I took a star off for that easy to clean because you really need to wipe it dry with a towel and not just let it air dry. It looks very spotted unless you wipe it. I guess I am lazy, but I do like it to look nice and pretty. It is easy to clean, but like I said you do have to dry it.
