I bought this phone as a replacement for my daughters AT&T phone that was broken. The phone was unlocked and worked with the sim card from her previous phone, setup was easy, the phone was cute and a good size. It even had a recessed antenna for viewing tv and radio, however we could only get one station.
All of that being said, I had to return this phone, because of one major flaw. Unlike most touchscreens, this phone did not have a qwerty keyboard for onscreen typing. In order to text, the user has to use the old "phone dial" method to text... This is not advertised on the phone description. If you are interested in ordering a product by Blu, check their website first before ordering to make sure the features you want are on that model.
