UPDATE: dropped to 4 stars because the latch broke. Still usable, but annoying that a part broke so quickly and I have to use an oven mit to open and close now.
I've used this quite a few times so far, and it works great! Works better with larger tortillas than smaller ones, but both come out delicious! My husband and I are both gluten free so we use corn tortillas and have had no issues even though the directions say to use flour tortillas. It heats up in a few minutes and is easy to clean.
