I'll first say I gave it five stars for the three months of durability it has endured. A LOT. These two pans quickly became my two favorite pans. I know some of you can relate to the anxiety of having to replace a beloved, but retired, piece of essential daily routine. I was nervous to replace my pans sight unseen, but I would order two more without hesitation. I did give it a less than perfect score for sturdiness, because it doesn't handle being off balanced very well. For instance, chopped sweet potatoes on one side and halved brussel sprouts on the other, do not do well split down the middle. When the pan gets hot and it's not balanced, it will warp. It will also warp if it's too heavy and you don't properly support it out of the oven, haha. (that was definitely user error, but maybe not a issue on a sturdier pan) I rarely mix and match my veggies when baking, so it's rarely an issue for me. LOVE LOVE LOVE these pans!!
