It's absolutely what we needed (since we didn't have anything to use for the 16" take & bake pizzas our local grocery store now sells for $6 on Fridays).
There were cheaper ones on Amazon but I bought this one because it's Calphalon, which is always of high quality. The pan is very sturdy.
Since pizza isn't to be cut while on the pan, when we went to tip it onto a cutting board it slipped off immediately - just by slightly tipping the pan.
Because of the holes in the pan, the bottom of the pizza was nice & crispy.
Frozen pizzas with instructions to put directly on an oven rack will also cook on this - keeps from having pizza drips in the oven.
Because of the holes, it works great for leftovers that have a soggy bottom crust if re-heated any other way: pizza, pies, etc. Put those things directly onto the pan too. (Since you have no cooking time for doing this, keep checking it.)
Items smaller than 16", as above, will slide around on the pan (because of the non-stick finish) when carrying it to the oven, putting it in, taking out so try to hold it somewhat level.
Cleaning with a wet paper towel is sufficient.
