These baking sheets are very nice - great weight and construction. I got the 9x13. Wanted to chime in on some of the semi-negative reviews for people who may be deterred from buying based on them. First: aluminum DOES NOT belong in the dishwasher. It is an OLD SCHOOL, tried and true, durable material, for those of you who are under 45 and may have grown up with non stick coated pans. Understand the material you are purchasing before you put them where they don’t belong and they become gray, filmy and discolored, causing you to downgrade the review - and if you don’t want to take - or your lifestyle doesn’t permit - the one minute to wash out a pan with mild soap and a non abrasive scrubber, best to buy a different material. No judging there - just saying. Second: these kinds of pans do have the corner fold over and you need to shake them out after washing and air dry on an angle so everything drips out - regarding the comments about “rusty” water dripping out. Third: about the comments that they scratch up with a pizza cutter or a knife when cutting food in them - they are pans, not breadboards - maybe use silicone kitchen tools or remove your food from the pan with a nylon or silicone spatula before digging in with sharp cutting tools. Last: we depend on customer reviews to make informed purchases so it’s important to be sure that you don’t buy an apple then complain that it doesn’t taste like an orange - those kinds of reviews are not helpful.
