I’m very dissatisfied. Return window closed yesterday, but this is not a good product. I bought it bead of a trip but when I opened it on the plane, it was not supportive. The neck nook is too short—and I am an average-size female. Perhaps mine has too little filling, but it is certainly less useful/convenient than my older inflatable one. I will call to see if if they will take this back since maybe it is defective. I should have opened it earlier. It’s highly rated on Buzzfeed and other lists, but I wish I had paid a little more to be sure to have comfort on my 11-hour flight. ....That said, it looks very nice.
