I've had this pan one year in October and have loved it until about a week ago when food started sticking to it. My omelets end up scrambled eggs. I've been diligent about hand washing it with no abrasives after it's cooled. I have a special spatula that is made with that high temperature soft plastic that is the only utensil used with the pan. I almost always cook on medium heat, occasionally a little higher to sear something. Ive literally done everything I was supposed to, and it's still carbonizing. I'm disappointed that it only lasts a year. I looked at their website and they recommend a special sponge I'm going to try, but if it is really necessary to maintain the pan, it should come with it. I don't like to be wasteful, I'd be happy to send it in to be refinished if they could do that. As of now I'm just sad because I liked the pan, but I don't want to buy another if its just going to last one year.
