The flavor isn't bad when I mixed into a smoothie. I've tried it I'm juice and didn't like it. So smoothie it is. It definitely seems to provide energy for both men and women. I haven't been consistent enough to notice if it helped with other things. Priced high for what's inside the pouch. I may try other brands.

Disclaimer in very tiny print on the bottom warns of "expose you to chemicals including lead which can cause cancer, birth defects and reproductive harm". After 2 days of recommended dose my ears started ringing really bad (a sign of heavy metals exposure) so I stopped taking it and they don't allow refunds. Very disappointed, seemed like a great product but not worth the risk. Will try another brand.

Going through perimenopause causes a lot of issues and taking this seems to make my periods come on time, less or no night sweats (taking Melatonin 3 mg every night also) and overall better well being. I actually had a illness and stopped taking it because of being sick at my stomach, well period was 12 days late. I started taking it again and period finally came. I would say it works. I was taking only the red maca, decided to try the black/red combo. Only complaint is smaller package.

Would have given 5 stars, but giving 4 stars for the following issue: The serving size says 1 heaping teaspoon, 50 servings per bag.
My husband, age 60, has been using this as directed. 1 heaping teaspoon in his shake in the morning. However, today is just day 14, and the bag is almost empty! There are about 5 or 6 teaspoons left in the bottom of the bag.
There are NOT 50 servings per bag, maybe 20 at the most.

This is very disappointing because he says he loves how he is feeling on this blend of maca. He has a noticeable different in his performance if you know what I mean, by week #2.

We will buy it again, because its a great blend of Maca for men, but the serving sizes are definitely inaccurate.

I like this maca. Significantly better than the capsules of maca I took when first introduced to maca. Lots of stamina and endurance. Good taste when mixed in a cub of very warm water. I don't like that blonde maca is included. They advertised red n black (and purple). Will not purchase again.
