This is great cocoa. I have tried them all and I will be sticking with the Ghirardelli. I do love their chips and bars and the quality of the cocoa is just as wonderful. I did buy the dark and regular and to be honest I don't reallly think there is a difference except in the packaging. But as far as the product its taste is very chocolatey and it mixes easily into hot cocoa. I have bought some cocoas that won't do anything except float on the top and are hard to mix in but not this one. I use it in mug cakes, (yum!), smoothies, hot cocoa, frosting, fat bombs, you name it and it always has a rich chocolate flavor that I want.
