I use only this wonderful Ghirardelli cocoa, I can't stand that cheap supermarket stuff. This has a wonderful, rich, complex flavor and aroma. Buying these through Amazon saves me money and time running around to different stores looking for this brand. I use a lot of it, and I save about $12 per case, by buying them here. These are fresher than the ones in my local stores. I throw the whole box of unopened packets in my big freezer and open them as I need them. Cocoa is VERY healthy, with many beneficial phytochemicals, and is a natural inflammatory (I make it with nonfat milk and stevia/sugar blend). Yum, I'm going to have a cup now!
