Lately I have been on the binge of buying steel pans. I bought a few French made and a few Chinese made. Dollar for dollar this pan from China wins hands down. Well constructed, heavier gauge blue steel. Riveted, solid, light enough. I know I almost sound like the advertising man, but this little pan is worth every penny. Deep at 3 + inches, wide at top of 8 inches and cooking surface of 5 + inches.. If you are needing a small pan, consider this one, with proper seasoning, your grand children will be thankful to you for this one.
