This is the gold standard of Amazon sushi sheets. Resealable package with oxygen absorber. Thick sheets, low level of flaking, no tearing when rolling sushi.

These are a thinner version of the One Organic. Resealable package with oxygen absorber. Medium thickness sheets means moderate amount of flaking and frequent tearing when rolling sushi.

These are extremely thin. Non-resealable package with no oxygen absorber. Sheets so thin, they tear in half just pulling them out of the package, lots of flaking debris everywhere, always tearing when rolling sushi. It’s also a different color and flavor than the above two options.
