Great pan. I am using it as a general purpose pan for omelettes, crepes and any and everything that starts liquid and has to set, as well as patties and flat meat items that need pan frying. Very uniform heating, excellent heat transfer, very little oil needed - only for flavor.
Using on a flat quartx range. Pan is perfectly flat.
Update Feb 27th.
While the non-stick is fine, the pan has bowed inwards, so that when I pour in batter or egg, everything flows to the outside and the middle becomes much thinner. Will wait for a few more days, else might have to return it as defective.
