I couldn't find anything that looked like a clear expiration date on these, but what I received had either been sitting around far too long, had been in inappropriate conditions, or both. The chocolate had been partially melted at one point, causing large chunks of chips that were stuck together at least, and giant chunks of solid chocolate in new shapes at worst. It's all discolored with the white speckles on it, which often indicates age and/or inappropriate storage. And some of it had that weird airy texture to it rather than the solid snap chocolate should have. I needed it for baking, and it melted okay, but I wouldn't have shown it to anyone or eaten it straight - it was pretty gross. No way to return/refund, so I'll bake with it and leave this review.
If you're planning to use them in something visible or to eat them - don't.
If you're planning to bake with them, you could try your chances.
