Great advice and easy to follow guide

I am half way through my first 30 day challenge with this book. Gives some great advice for workouts and gives you grids to tell you when to add the arm, legs, or core workouts on top of the 20 minute cardio ones. Since I was a coach at one point I get most of the exercises but one might need to look up how to do a few of them online. I Recommend for some good workout suggestions and if you want to get in a routine. Can’t beat 20(+) minute workouts from home.
