40 mm QR Plate for Phone Vlog Grip

We bought a decent tripod that allowed for horizontal recording of arts and crafts looking down at a tabletop. We needed a small QR release plate compatible with the tripod that uses Arca Swiss style plates to attach the phone clamp. For our set up, I found that the 40 mm plate works with this tripod, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B088FPBXHH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1, perfectly.
From reading the other reviews, there was some concern regarding the two screw heads that protrude at the bottom of the plate. I've included photos to show how they fit on my tripod head. The protrusions measure about 2mm or 1/8". This keeps the plate from sliding out by accident and our tripod head has slots machined in to accommodate the plate protrusions and allow for minor slide adjustments. Also, the plate width was slightly different, but still fit the tripod head without issue. It's solidly constructed and a great value!
