Almost done with my first bottle about 28 days of taking it. I stopped shaving about one and a half week before a started taking the supplement. So it’s been about 5 weeks total growing and about a month taking the supplement. I have had compliments saying “it’s only been a month and you have that much”. My beard is very thick. I believe with the right care washing, conditioning, beard oil, exercise and vitamins you’ll have the best luck growing an ideal beard. Of course, genetics will play a part. If your going to grow a beard I would recommend this supplement combined with other care for the best results.
