I have always wanted the knowledge of the women of the Ojibwa Indians. They knew their herbs and knew how to use them to help their people be healthy. That knowledge has been lost. This book uses the knowledge from another tribes and people down through history and their usage of herbs, especially Tulasi, better known as basil to cure whatever health problems there are.
This book is very good in telling a boat load of things that basil can cure, but it really doesn’t tell how to apply basil to cure each of those maladies. It does suggest drinking a tea made of steeped basil leaves. I’m not certain if this method will cure all the things the author states that basil can cure, but it’s worth a try.
101 Home Remedies To Kill Or Cure, Forever!: TULASI - Mother nature's prescription for optimum health. An alternative medicine using homeopathy and naturopathy for home remedies and natural cures !

"Mother Nature's Prescription To Your Good Health" shares some of the Tulasi Herbal and Home Remedies from past generations. Tulasi is also called Basil. Basil is much better known to cooks and chefs. Basil is called the 'Queen of Herbs.' This book is a short read, having only 19 pages. Whether taking Basil internally, inhaling it though warming of essential oils, or using topically as an essential oil, it is always best to check with your own physician and pharmacist first. Some prescription medications and herbs do not mix. Some medications or allergies can cause problems with the use of Basil. It is not to be used for pregnant or nursing mothers. Reviews state that Basil helps from the top of the head down to the toes. It lists skin rashes, heart problems, lung problems, digestive problems, depression problems, liver problems, cholesterol problems, Diabetic problems, libido problems, and more. I have not personally done the research on Basil to determine if any of these are 100% accurate or not. Basil is a strong herb for many Indian and Italian dishes. I have Basil right in my own spice cabinet for the next time I prepare spaghetti or lasagna. With any herb, always be cautious. This book shows some interesting view points. It is a quick read.

this book is informative however I have already heard of most of what it includes in this particular book. I had trouble being able to make it work on my tablet without being online. I recommend for the newby but seasoned medicinal plant users this is pretty basic stuff.

I like so many other people want to learn ways to take things as they are in nature and use them to assist our lives. I appreciated the history and the many uses of basil (which I have always grown and used but never knew the benefits of) . It is a quick read that will give you some insight if you are a beginner like me

I have learned of Ayurveda and the medicinal values of the ancient natural healing system in the med 1990's. I obtained this book curious to refresh my exposure to Ayurveda and learn more about this particular medicinal herb TULASIS. This book has clear written information about TULASIS, Malika Dhingra, the author of the book 101+ Herbal Remedies, tells us not only the history of this "holy basil," she includes recipes as well. This book is very informative/, look forward to thoroughly re-reading the e-book, so that I can find alternatives to taking pills for some of life's ailments and pains. Thank you Malika Dhingra for giving such clear and complete understanding of TULASIS.

This was a very quick read at just 19 pages. It was interesting to learn about this herb, as I had never heard about it. As someone that values natural and alternative healthcare, I always like to learn of new things. I will definitely look more into this herb, based on what I read about it. This book concisely covers both the history and the benefits of this herb.
