Bought this product hoping to keep one in the car, one in the office and another for travel. Unfortunately, my order of three bottles resulted in me only having enough product for one bottle. When I received my package, there were no signs of damage to the bag. Excited to use the product I quickly opened the package and notices the liquid in each bottle was only a hair above the label. I cut open the plastic film around the three bottles and immediately felt the wetness of the liquid around each bottle. Grossed out I washed my hands, the bottles and put the bottles on the counter. I checked the tops and couldn’t find any problems so I dismissed the wet feeling to a small problem.
Fast forward to the next day, I woke up to a wet counter! The product leaked all over the counter from a hair line fracture at the bottom of each bottle. Hoping I just received a damage product and could return and replace, I found out this product is NOT returnable. Disappointed to have wasted the money and time cleaning up the mess created by the cracked bottles, I tried to make lemonade out of lemons and pour the remaining product into a different bottle. I thought at least things should smell good but realized the smell is not noticeable, no wonder I didn’t realize it was Febreze that leaked out the night before.
