Would not buy again. I miss real silpats when I use these. They have a few notable issues:
1) They are rectangular, so they don't fit half sheet pans with ANY rounding in the corner, but you can cut the corners off I suppose
2) They are only safe to 400 (vs 480) so you can't bake at say... 425, which I do a lot
3) They expand and get all floppy when you cook at 400
4) A lot of things (bacon) stick to them, that I think shouldn't. It makes them a chore to clean.
