You have to design them on their website only, no downloads available, and the site is rather hard to use. It was such a pain that I have not tried to design since the first time. Plus, their templates and designs are limited. You can upload your own, but I was just so frustrated with trying to figure out how their site worked that I did not have time energy to design something on my computer, then upload, and print, which by the way is the easiest method I came across in the hours I spent trying to figure out their site. I am a computer competent person, with experience in loads of different software programs and what have you, so if it was difficult for me to work with then is will be beyond difficult for the layperson to do so. Not worth the time or trouble, will go with Avery next time.
