Oh my god guys, ok, so if you like ramen at all these are a god send. Make sure you cook them past aldente to the point where white froth is showing to release the starch, and you will never be sad. I made tonkotsu for 36 hours to go with this and I added these to the broth, let them soak in and they grabbed every drop of broth. Be warned though, the bundles look small, but they turn into a massive amount when cooked right. They filled my bowls and sat an inch above them, took 4 ladles of broth to make it even fair.
