Kit instructions were very easy to understand, the wine cleared up perfectly, it is now bottled and I am just hoping it tastes better with a little age on it. The taste is currently about the same as an inexpensive store bought Pinot Grigio, the wine color is fairly dark, almost the color or apple cider but not quite.
*I will update in a few weeks on the flavor.
* UPDATE- After only two weeks the flavor of the wine has already improved significantly, very light and dry, good mouth feel, you can taste notes of apple and pear, slightly fruity aroma, I'm sure it will only get better with more age, after doing some research the "Italian" Pinot Grigio have a darker golden color to them VS. American Pinot Grigio's that are lighter or straw colored.
I made the full 6 gallons and my end alcohol ended up at 13.5%, my starting specific gravity was 1.090 .
I would order this again in the future for sure.
