Firstly, the description says "pack of two", but it is only a pack of one pack of 100, not 2 packs of 100 (equaling 200 total). Secondly, I have ordered these filters before when they were the cheaper, original price, and they were great... Now, I would love to give this a 5 star rating (because I used to LOVE these filters) but the price went up substantially and I paid top dollar just to receive them and find out that the quality had gone down substantially as well. I saw someone else write a review saying it tasted like wet cardboard... unfortunately, that's what I tasted with mine as well, but worse... nasty, chemically tasting, wet cardboard. The price and quality NEED to be altered in the best of ways possible, otherwise I will have to look for other products and solutions elsewhere. I am a big fan of Chemex but not sure how that will pan out if this is the new standard.
