I ordered one and, after having it for a day, I ordered another.
It is not a whiteboard, it's a poster with whiteboard coating. Even so, for this size at this price, it was hard to pass up. My dry-eraser works well on writing less than 2 days old. Afterwards I use a spray and wipe it down - good as new, no problems there.
It arrives rolled and I have not been able to properly flatten it out yet. I ended up using nails with the mounting holes to mount it and keep it taut/flat. The edges still curl but it's no big deal.

If you follow the instructions to roll it out and leave it for 24 hours, you're left with an awesome product! I'm a student hopping around between different apartment rooms from year to year, so the portability of this whiteboard really comes in handy.
Expo markers wipe clean, even after a few days - really dry marks can be cleaned off with Expo cleaner, just like a regular whiteboard.

I needed a white board, but I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on something that eventually warps and is a pain to hang on the wall. This sheet was such an elegant solution. First off it ships in a tube, not a giant box. Next, it's bigger and less expensive than the average white board. Once unrolled and mounted to the wall, it's easy to write on and erase.
The only complaint I have is that because it ships in a tube, you have to set it out overnight with some books on it to help train the material not roll back up. However, that's a small price to pay in the end. This white board sheet now hangs on my wall and give me an impressively large work space to write on.

Excellent product, for the price. Sheet came in a tube and needed to be flattened out before mounting.
I believe the paperwork that comes in the tube says something about not leaving drawing/writing on the sheet for long periods of time. I didn't read it and found out the hard way that it becomes difficult to erase. I wrote a lot on mine on a Friday, came back after a week vacation, and had to use disinfecting wipes to remove it. Perhaps it'd be better to use wet-erase markers as they claim to erasable with a wet paper towel.
NOTE:
Please don't tape anything to this product, if you're not careful part of the sheet with come off with the tape.

I love this product. I went to a number of office supply stores and could not find anything that was simple to put up and simple to start using. I am enjoying the erase board sheet and also am excited about the productivity I am getting. Great!

Read the reviews...ordered the Expo dry erase markers as suggested by 4-5 star reviewers...they won't erase. Came back and read reviews where seller has now responded to bad reviews with the hint to buy WET dry erase markers...which aren't available in any store in my area. Now I have to resort to ordering them and waiting on that shipment to arrive. Big pain...and no guarantee they will work. Although the size and wall hanging capabilities are great...save the aggravation and purchase something else.

Hmmmm, not a huge fan of this whiteboard. The dry erase pen marks are difficult to erase from the board which kind of defeats the purpose of a dry erase white board. I'm looking for another option.

The white board arrived with a few days of ordering (without Prime - nice!) and was easy to install. It takes the dry erase marker ink as well as expected and wiped clean with no effort. I would recommend using the grommets because the double sided stickies that come with are not that strong. I cut the two stickies into three pieces each for top and bottom support but the sheet broke loose from the bottom and curled up. Since I intend it to be a permanent installation, short screws with wide heads took care of it and I've been a happy camper since.

The size is great for my small studio and the board is nice and light. Makes mounting so easy. But it doesn't erase very well, I have the standard Expo markers and eraser and it's been a pain to get the marker off. Thought maybe it was the eraser so I used the cleaning spray, still have to really press hard and then I feel like I made scratches.

I really wanted to love this product, but I am disappointed. It is sold as an "Erasable White Board Surface", but be warned - DRY ERASE MARKERS DO NOT ERASE. Not even with a damp cloth or various tricks/techniques I found when I googled how to get dry erase marker off. The product description "recommends" that you use wet erase markers, but never do they tell you that you will not be able to get dry erase marker off. Attention seller....clear up the confusion and tell people not to use dry erase markers on this product.
