Reverse the refund, got it finally, great product.

Even as I finished complaining that the bag had not arrived, a knock on the door of my apartment had one of the valets holding the package. I love it. It is as elegant as I expected it to be. I took it with me this noon to a United Nations meeting. My wife says it is too small for a man, I think it is minimalist and perfect for my needs and my standing as UN ambassador. If you have refunded me, please inform on how I can reverse the refund or pay for it again. My apologies to the Japanese maker who has done his country proud with his work. Please let me know how I can make amends.

Strap was frayed, fell apart after 1 week use

I was very excited to get this bag. Read up a lot about it and it had really good reviews. It arrived on a timely manner, which I loved. But after only using it for a week, the strap came off. I guess it wasn’t sewn on well and the edge of the strap was frayed. That was really disappointing. I had to sew it back on myself.

I had bought one of these bags when I went to Japan and fell in love with it. I love the wide "mouth" of the bag and the little zipper on the side for easy access into the bag when wearing it. It can fit A LOT of stuff and I use it for everything. For example, I can fit my DSLR and about 3-4 lenses in it. It's also very durable and not cheaply made.
I recently rebought this bag because someone had broken into my car and stole it (there wasn't even anything in it..) so I got another one and it was the exact same. These are great bags!

I love this bag so much. The size is perfect for me. It's cute and holds a lot of things. The back zipper makes it convenient to get into the bag without having to go through the top zipper. The side pockets are great for holding your phone.

its hard to say if its authentic or not, but i think it is. the button that hold the strap says carrot co. the zipper to the main opening bag doesn't have holes, and the back side zipper leads straight to the main backpack compartment, all signs of authenticity. The only thing was i thought the anello logo was made out of plastic not cloth. Regardless, I love this backpack! Authentic or not, looks and feels good quality and it is the perfect size, can fit a 13" macbook and still small. Very happy with this purchase

It is a good size back pack for running errands , school or travel. It can fit a tablet and notebook easily. What i dislike is the too is difficult to zip and unzip Bc of the wired trim. It was also sent to me with a defect , the side pocket is tearing . Not as impressed as I thought I would be .
