I wanted to give this a long enough test period to write a review, because a few other reviews were talking about it clogging up and not working. First, I love this thing, I've used it every day since purchasing, so a few months now, and I've never soaked it even one time in a vinegar solution... After the first week of just rinsing it out after using, it started to clog up and not work right.... So I used a paper towel with Seventh Generation dishsoap (instead of my dishbrush so I could really get all the surfaces) and washed it good, then rinsed it really well. It worked perfect again after that. Now I do this same thing every 3-4 days of use and have zero problems. The coffee always tastes great and it's so nice to not have to deal with plastic coffee makers. Thank you!
