3.0 out of 5 starsSolid Travel Pack with a few Major Limitations
Reviewed in the United States on August 4, 2019
Overall it's a solid anti-theft travel, day pack. Note when I say day pack and as it's advertised, you can't stuff a huge amount of clothes, accessories and electronics in this bag so it should really be used as a day or overnight pack at the most. I like the anti-theft features and the organizational pockets for storing smaller valuables (i.e. phone, passport, etc.)
My two major concerns/cons and why I'm retiring this one (also why this may not be worth the price tag):
1) Straps: There are pretty flimsy adjustable shoulder straps. Unfortunately, you can not slide them down the entire length of the shoulder straps so if you aren't super tall or muscular (I'm 5'10 and 155LB) , the bag still hangs very low and uncomfortably off the my shoulders. I also have chronic neck pains so I find it too uncomfortable for long-hours with 15LBs in the pack. Additionally there are no waist straps, which I should have paid attention to when I bought.
2) Outside water holders: I use a pretty big steel hydro flask and both side water pockets aren't super deep so I'm a little concern my bottle will fall out if I move suddenly. You'll be find if you use a smaller plastic bottle.
So overall a solid day pack if you don't have back/neck problems, but if you do I'll look elsewhere for the price.
