This product is really bad quality.
I grew up eating rice all my life. Good rice is plump and well-shaped and smells good when smelled. And when cooked, it turns shiny and when you put rice in your mouth, it has a savory and good scent, and when you chew rice, it is chewy and slightly sweet. You can feel each grain of rice tastes good in your mouth. This sushi rice doesn't have any of those I listed. When I first opened the package, I could smell old rice and thought something was wrong. The shape and the color of rice was not right either. The disappointment after cooking is even greater. There was no stickiness of rice, and there was no shine on rice and no good scent. It also has very bad texture that old rice has... This is one of the top 5 worst rice I've ever eaten. I will never buy this rice again.
