A good choice to buy but be aware of 75% efficiency [ Updated ]

Pros: It's a good power supply for the price. I bought a 550W one and it works good on my desktop before I put my graphic card on.
Silence fans and cool black cable cover.
Cons: BEAWARE the efficiency of the power supply is only around 75%, they didn't put it on the website and I couldn't find the efficiency even on EVGA official website. It only shows on the outside of PSU's case. I put my XFX R9 280x graphic card on and my desktop became unstable and just shut done when I gaming. It's NOT because the item is defected but just the efficiency of it is not that high to support my graphic card. I changed a EVGA 750W PSU to take place of this.
Total: great power supply to buy, but calcalate the 75% efficiency before you chose the power size. Normally the efficiency should be 80% above but not this one.

2/21/2017 Update:
I got something wrong about the 75% efficiency, it does nothing to the real power output. It only means we have to pay more electricity fees if we use a low efficiency rate. The problem with my desktop shut down is because of the driver of graphic card and connecter of it.
That's it, I apologize about misleading you guys about the issue.

These are junk! Sparks shooting out!

I am a system builder and I started buying these recently.. the other day I bought three and one was DOA.. dead on arrival.. this time around I bought two and just opened the first one and installed it and when plugging it in sparks shot out! In my over twenty years of doing this I’ve never seen a brand new one do that! These are obviously junk, so I won’t be buying them anymore.. a tip to the millennials here.. many moons ago we used to have great customer service and great products.. because you have all been conditioned to just take being crapped on we now have poor customer service and items that are tested by customers instead of testing before release because they all know you’ll just suck it up! Next time fight for yourself when something isn’t right!

Works great, but cables take up room

There are a BUNCH of cables attached to this thing, and my first thought when unboxing was that it's going to take up a bunch of room in my computer case. No, you can't take any of them off. The plus side it that it can connect to many different types of power connections. Turns out there was enough room after all. Modern hard drives and other components don't take up much room and it was a regular size case, so it's all good.

Quiet and does it’s job

For the first two months, I had no problems at all. Then I started having random shut downs. I finally figured out the problem was resolved by un-overclocking my ram in BIOS, as my CPU technically didn’t support the speed. Still odd that my last psu had no problem with it, or it could be from a bios update or something unrelated. Either way, doesn’t seem to be fault of the PSU and it’s more quiet than my case fans or the graphics card fans

Low cost power supply that works

I bought two of these power supplies. One to replace a dead power supply and the second for a new low-end (older AMD MB and EVGA 1070T) build. Plugged them into the MBs and both systems were up and running. Seems like a good value 750W. Can't say how they'd work on the latest and greatest HW but for me they worked great.

Cable shrouds a bit stiff.

Length is fine can easily fit most mirco to full atx builds in this wattage need. My only minor issue is the new cable shroud were a bit stiff making cable management from front to back feel a bit more forced then I wanted. Otherwise it works perfectly fine.
24 pin, 8 pin cpu Single pci power with two 8 pins on the single run. Two 4 port sata power and one 4 port molex power.

Decent power supply for an office computer, however not for serious gaming.

This power supply did great at doing everything, except gaming. When the computer was being used for surfing the web, and running applications, it seemed fine. Once I started some graphic games, the power supply would run extremely hot. The power supply did outlast the two year warranty by seven months.
Then I purchased a 750W power supply and the computer runs great even with the most demanding applications.
If you plan on purchasing this for gaming, get a more powerful power supply, maybe double that is required to run the required watts. If you need 380 watts to run a computer, upgrade to a 750W and enjoy a PC that can handle everything you want it to do.
