This was my first time using anything like this product, and I made a simple authentic Chinese recipe with it called "Ma Yi Shang Shu", or "Ant's Climbing a Tree"... which was a ground pork and bean thread noodle recipe. I absolutely loved it. The pepper flakes you would occasionally get were the spiciest part of it, but it was not extremely spicy which was good in my book. About made me sweat, but very good and delicious. Would recommend trying it!
