I made a recipe of baked oatmeal today in this Rachel Ray pan. Unlike many 9" pans, this pan is well constructed, and the recipe baked uniformly. After slicing, the oatmeal came out in 9 pieces, perfect for portion freezing. The pan cleaned up easily as well. I used, and recommend using, a silicone cutting knife and spatula, utensils that I think will keep this pan useful for years in my kitchen. I'm going to trying baking chicken or meatloaf in it too, because the quality of the pan means I won't have to use much oil or butter, if any. This pan is a "keeper;" I'm glad I bought it.
