I received my pan and lid on Sep 27, 2019.
It's now October 11th and the top grip on the lid has loosened already and when I attempted to simply tighten the screw, it stripped.
So now the lid is unusable.
Pans are great quality, but I would not recommend this lid.
UPDATE: I went into my toolbox and found a screw that fit. It also need some rubber padding so the screw wouldn't loosen when using the lid. It's fixed now and that's good. But when purchasing a brand new item, it shouldn't be on the customer to fix it themselves to make it work.
