I used this product 4 times in the six weeks I’ve had it. Only FOUR. I have had every day inexpensive hair dryers work for several years, but when I spent $100 on this one, it was defective and stopped working all together.
I contacted amazon, who told me I was out of my 30 day return. Again, it’s defective, I did not change my mind, so the 30 days should not matter. They told me I needed to contact the company directly.
The response from the company was that I needed to ship it back to them, at my expense. They would then see if they could ‘repair’ it and send it back. I assume this would take weeks and who knows if the repair would hold. It was only owned for a little over a month, not years.
OR—my other option—if I would just “go give them a 5 star review on amazon, they’d send me a replacement.” Essentially, bribing me for a review, rather than replacing the product and doing the right thing.
I am appalled that these are my choices after purchasing a $100 hair dryer that doesn’t work. I will be finding another brand.
