2.0 out of 5 starsUnderstand the research before you buy.
BySean S. Leeon March 28, 2017
I was curious about these and I read the research articles published by the company that makes this device since I am an engineer and my girlfriend is getting a doctorate in physical therapy. Almost none of the research showed statistically significant improvements between the placebo group and the experiment group. Additionally, many of the test groups which showed significance were simply too small and had too high a drop out rate to determine anything. Don't be fooled just because the company says they did research. Find out what the research actually shows before putting down nearly a thousand dollars on something that could be just as ineffective as a headband.
Giving two stars instead of one because at least the company published the research and put it on their website so you can read it and realize it doesn't do anything before you spend the money.
